This initiative aims to ensure that citizens with mobility difficulties can exercise their right to vote and to guarantee their opportunity to participate in the election. Eligible applicants are people with disabilities and elderly individuals aged 65 or older who have mobility challenges. Reservations can be made by calling the Gwangju City Transportation Vulnerable Mobility Support Center at 1668-2222.

An election commission voting assistant will accompany each vehicle to help ensure that users can complete the voting process without inconvenience. The service is completely free of charge.
Early voting participants can make reservations until 5:00 p.m. on May 30, and main voting day participants can reserve until 6:00 p.m. on June 3. If a reservation is not made in advance, "immediate call" service will also be available on both early voting and main voting days.
