Juyoung Lee Appointed as Shinbo Executive Director; Seungkwan Kim and Youngwoo Lee Named Standing Directors
On May 26, the Korea Credit Guarantee Fund (Shinbo) announced the appointment of Juyoung Lee, currently a Standing Director, as the new Executive Director. Seungkwan Kim, Head of the Seoul Western Business Headquarters, and Youngwoo Lee, former Chief Specialist at the National Cyber Crisis Management Center, were appointed as new Standing Directors.

View original imageJuyoung Lee, the new Executive Director, was born in 1966. He graduated from Gwangseong High School and the Department of Business Administration at Chung-Ang University, and obtained both his master's and doctoral degrees in Business Administration from Hoseo University. Since joining the Korea Credit Guarantee Fund in 1991, he has served as Chief Secretary, Head of the Management Planning Department, and Head of the Seoul Western Business Headquarters. Since April 2023, he has been serving as Standing Director of the Management Planning Division.
Seungkwan Kim, the new Standing Director, was born in 1969. He graduated from Suncheon High School and the Department of Trade at Dankook University. After joining the Korea Credit Guarantee Fund in 1991, he held positions including Head of the ICT Strategy Department, Head of the Management Planning Department, Head of the Busan-Gyeongnam Business Headquarters, Head of the Honam Business Headquarters, and Head of the Seoul Western Business Headquarters.
Youngwoo Lee, the new Standing Director, was born in 1968. He graduated from Busan Jungang High School and the Department of Law at Kyungsung University, and earned a master's degree in Business Administration from RMIT University in Australia. He served as an administrative officer in the Personnel and Audit Divisions at the Financial Services Commission, as well as Chief Specialist in the Electronic Finance and Banking Divisions, and as Chief Specialist at the National Cyber Crisis Management Center.

The term of the new Executive Director begins on this day and runs until May 25, 2025, while the terms of the new Standing Directors run until May 25, 2027.
