Man in His 30s Turns Himself In After Drug Use... Revealed as Middleman in Distribution Network
A man in his 30s who turned himself in to the police after using drugs has been revealed to be a middleman in a drug distribution organization.
On May 26, the Gangnam Police Station in Seoul announced that it had arrested and detained a man in his 30s on charges of violating the Narcotics Control Act.
According to the police, the man was urgently arrested by officers who responded after he called 112 himself on May 24, reporting that he had used drugs. At the scene, police seized ketamine and a syringe used for drug injection.
