View original imageAccording to Seo-gu on May 26, this campaign was jointly planned by youth organizations in Seo-gu, centered around the Seo-gu Youth Training Center. The campaign is being conducted in the form of an SNS relay, where youths take photos holding signs that read "We can vote too" and share them on social media, conveying the value of voting to their peers.
Youths participating in the campaign expressed their strong commitment to this election, stating, "Voting is not just a right for adults, but also our responsibility," and added, "By expressing our anticipation and sense of responsibility as first-time voters, we believe that voting is not just an adult's task, but an act of choosing our own future."
Various organizations are participating in the relay campaign, including the Seo-gu Youth Culture House, Ssangchon Youth Culture House, Gwangcheon Youth Culture House, Seo-gu Youth Counseling and Welfare Center, and Seo-gu Out-of-School Youth Support Center.
A representative from the Seo-gu Youth Training Center stated, "We plan to continue providing various civic education and activities to realize a healthy democratic society led by youths," and emphasized, "Warm support from the local community is needed so that youths facing their first vote can feel pride and responsibility."
