GH to Supply 169 Purchase Rental Housing Units in 22 Cities and Counties
Gyeonggi Housing and Urban Development Corporation (GH) is recruiting tenants for its "Existing Housing Purchase Rental Housing" program to promote housing stability for vulnerable groups in the province.
The Existing Housing Purchase Rental Program involves purchasing and renovating existing properties such as multi-family houses, multiplex homes, and officetels, then renting them out at approximately 30% of the market price. The basic contract period is two years. If renewal requirements are met, tenants may reside for up to 20 years.

View original imageOn May 26, GH announced that it will recruit tenants for a total of 169 purchase rental housing units in 22 cities and counties within the province, including Suwon, Goyang, and Ansan. The program targets members of households without home ownership whose average monthly household income is at or below 150% of the previous year's average monthly income of urban worker households.
The viewing period for the available units is from May 30 to June 1, and applications will be accepted from June 10 to June 13.
