Police Refer Singer Song Minho to Prosecution Without Detention Over Social Service Negligence Allegations
Song Minho, a member of the group WINNER who is suspected of neglecting his duties as a social service agent, has been referred to the prosecution without detention.
On May 23, the Mapo Police Station in Seoul announced that Song had been referred to the prosecution without detention the previous afternoon on charges of violating the Military Service Act.
According to the police, Song is accused of neglecting his duties, including failing to properly report for work, while serving as a social service agent at a facility in Mapo-gu, Seoul from March 2023 to December 2023.
