The training featured a professional instructor from the Anti-Corruption Training Institute of the Anti-Corruption and Civil Rights Commission. Under the theme "A Day Filled with Integrity, Building Trust within the Organization," the session provided legal explanations and various case-based discussions on topics such as the Conflict of Interest Prevention Act, the Improper Solicitation and Graft Act, and the Code of Conduct for Public Officials, including the prohibition of workplace abuse.
The county expects that this integrity training will help public officials better understand anti-corruption systems, which are often perceived as difficult, and familiarize themselves with guidelines for responding to potential corruption risks that may arise in the course of their duties.
A county official stated, "We plan to continue promoting anti-corruption activities through ongoing training, and to take the lead in fostering a culture of integrity within the public sector."
