This agreement aims to address the need for electronic shareholder meeting solutions in line with ongoing discussions on amendments to the Commercial Act, as well as to respond to rapidly changing service innovation demands such as AI.
Through this agreement, the two companies plan to collaborate on the joint development of electronic shareholder meeting solutions, provide AI-based live streaming of shareholder meetings, and advance conference call services. They also plan to offer jointly developed solutions to client companies starting in the fourth quarter of this year.
Junho Lee, CEO of IR Qudos, stated, "As Korea's leading IR & SR service company, IR Qudos provides IR consulting and SaaS to about 500 listed companies annually. Earlier this year, we launched an integrated shareholder meeting solution that combines electronic voting, electronic proxy, written proxy management, and on-site voting aggregation, which has received positive feedback from many companies including Korea Zinc. By integrating our existing voting/proxy, written proxy, on-site access, and on-site voting solutions with AI-based live streaming, we will drive innovation in shareholder meetings."
