Sejong to Hold "Defense Industry Seminar" on May 28
Law firm Sejong will hold a defense industry seminar on May 28, focusing on the sanctions system for disqualified contractors and the calculation of the estimated price rate (yegayul).
This seminar has been organized to explore strategies that will enable defense companies to effectively respond to a variety of legal risks they are facing, as Korea enters the era of $17.3 billion in K-Defense exports.

The seminar will begin with opening remarks by Cho Inhyeong (Military Judicial Officer, 12th class), who leads Sejong’s defense team and is an expert in all legal fields related to national defense and defense projects, having served for over 20 years as a military judicial officer in the Air Force and the Defense Acquisition Program Administration. Jin Hanok (Bar Exam, 8th class), who has served as an Air Force military judicial officer, Chief Prosecutor of the Air Force Prosecutors' Office, and Head of the Legal Office at the Korea Air Force Academy, will serve as the overall moderator.
