Police Arrest Siheung Stabbing Suspect Cha Cheolnam... Confesses to Crime
On May 19, police apprehended Cha Cheolnam, a 57-year-old Chinese national of Korean descent, who had been publicly wanted as a suspect in the Siheung stabbing incident.
According to the Gyeonggi Nambu Provincial Police Agency, Cha Cheolnam was arrested at around 7:24 p.m. that day near Sihwa Lake in Jeongwang-dong, Siheung.
Cha Cheolnam has confessed to the crime and is scheduled to be questioned at the Siheung Police Station.

Cha Cheolnam is accused of killing two people at his home in Jeongwang-dong, Siheung, and injuring two others, including a convenience store owner and the landlord of his building, by stabbing them with a weapon.
