Kwon continued, "We can no longer turn a blind eye. I urge the Ministry of Employment and Labor to thoroughly investigate whether this incident constitutes a violation of the Serious Accidents Punishment Act. The responsibility of the business owner must be made absolutely clear, and I call for strict punishment in accordance with the law."
