By using this service, there is no risk of losing a physical boarding pass, and passengers can access their boarding pass even when not connected to the internet. They can also receive notifications about flight departure, gate information, boarding time, and other flight updates.
Any Eastar Jet passenger using a device with Apple operating system (iOS) version 15.4 or higher can use this service on all international and domestic routes, except for flights departing from China, Vietnam, and Kazakhstan. Since December last year, Eastar Jet has also been operating the Samsung Wallet boarding pass service.
