Strengthening Communication Among Family Members
Promoting a Healthy Corporate Culture
DB Insurance announced on the 19th that it held a 'Family Day' event, inviting employees' families, on the 16th.
The Family Day event, held at the DB Financial Center and Lotte World, was first launched in February to foster a family-friendly and positive corporate culture. This time, in celebration of Family Month in May, a total of 43 people from 20 families attended, targeting employees' children in grades 1 to 6 of elementary school.

View original imageOn this day, children who came to work with their parents and received honorary employee badges spent meaningful time together, taking photos and creating gifts with messages of encouragement for each other. The children also completed missions by visiting their parents' offices and participated in various activities, such as enjoying a fun day at Lotte World with their parents.
One employee's child who participated in the event said, "I didn't realize how hard it was for my dad to go to work every day until I came with him," and added, "It was great to see my dad's company and office in person and learn what he does. I want to proudly tell my friends about my dad."
