Samsung OLED TV Earns NVIDIA 'G-Sync Compatible' Certification... Reduces Game 'Screen Stuttering'
Following AMD FreeSync, Consecutive Certifications
Smooth and Stable Gaming Visuals
Technologies for Optimized Picture and Sound Settings
Samsung Electronics has received NVIDIA's 'G-Sync Compatible' certification for its OLED (Organic Light-Emitting Diode) TVs.
On May 19, Samsung Electronics announced that its 2025 OLED TV has been certified as G-Sync Compatible by NVIDIA, enhancing the gaming experience.
G-Sync Compatible is a technology that synchronizes the display's refresh rate with the graphics card's frame rate, minimizing 'tearing,' where the screen appears split or overlapped, and 'stuttering,' where the image appears to freeze or skip.
Samsung OLED was the first TV to receive AMD's 'FreeSync Premium Pro' certification, and now it has also obtained NVIDIA's G-Sync Compatible certification.

It also delivers a premium TV viewing experience. Features include AI picture technology that recognizes the content being played to provide optimal picture and sound quality, and 'Glare Free' technology that reduces light reflections for comfortable viewing.
Additionally, by linking with its proprietary application 'SmartThings,' users can monitor and control home environments and appliances directly from the TV.
