View original imageThe Korea Real Estate Board and Seoul Housing and Communities Corporation (SH Corporation) announced on the 15th that they had signed a business agreement to enhance the fairness of compensation-related tasks. The agreement aims to ensure fairness in compensation for public projects carried out by SH Corporation by utilizing the compensation appraisal review system of the Korea Real Estate Board, while also seeking to protect citizens' property rights. Under the agreement, the two organizations will establish a cooperative framework to utilize the compensation appraisal review system and will jointly exchange information and provide training related to the review of compensation appraisals.
