The Jeonbuk Regional Headquarters of Korea Rural Community Corporation (headed by Kim Dongin) announced on the 15th that it had visited a strawberry farm in Yongjeong-dong, Deokjin-gu the previous day to carry out a rural volunteer social contribution activity in line with the farming season.

View original imageThe farming assistant activity held on this day involved the participation of 43 employees from the Jeonbuk Regional Headquarters. This initiative was part of ongoing efforts to address the labor shortage in rural areas and to promote mutual growth with the local community.
During this activity, employees of the Jeonbuk Regional Headquarters removed strawberry stems and roots left after the harvest and cleaned up the plastic covers. They also transported potting soil for seedlings and tidied up the surrounding environment, helping to improve the working conditions of the farm and making preparations for the next crop cultivation easier.
Kim Dongin, head of the headquarters, stated, "As the peak farming season begins, we will continue our social contribution activities to ensure that farms suffering from labor shortages can carry out stable farming operations."
