Lee Myungro, Director of Human Resources Policy at the Korea Federation of Small and Medium Business, said, "Although small and medium-sized enterprises account for 99% of all companies in Korea and 81% of employment, outstanding young talent is reluctant to seek employment at SMEs due to prevailing prejudices.
