All Graduates Expected to Secure Employment
The Daegu Regional Office of Veterans Affairs (Director Kim Jongsul) Veterans Support Center attended the entrance ceremony for the "2025 Veterans Construction Machinery Maintenance New Workforce Training Program" held at the HD Hyundai Construction Equipment Global Training Center in Eumseong-gun, Chungbuk on May 14.

View original imageThis training program is a customized vocational training initiative for mid- to long-term veterans who have served for more than five years and for tailored employment specialty soldiers, established through collaboration between the Daegu Veterans Support Center and HD Hyundai Construction Equipment.
This program began in 2023, and so far, all graduates have successfully found employment in related fields. As a result, the fifth cohort of this program is also generating high expectations.
One veteran participating in the training expressed strong determination, stating, "I will grow into an engineer equipped with technical capabilities through professional education."
The Daegu Veterans Support Center continues to provide specialized commissioned education and tailored career transition support to help mid- to long-term veterans return to society stably.
