NPS Recruiting 28 Fund Management Professionals for Overseas Equities and Alternative Investments
Recruitment Open Until the 28th
28 Positions Available Across All Fields
The National Pension Service (NPS) is recruiting fund management professionals to manage the nation’s retirement funds.
On May 15, the Fund Management Headquarters of the NPS announced that it will conduct the first open recruitment of asset management specialists for 2025 until May 28.
The total number of positions available is 28, including 2 Senior Managers and 26 Managers. The recruitment areas cover all fields of fund management, such as stewardship responsibility, overseas equities, alternative investments, risk management, and operations support.
This recruitment includes the reinforcement of personnel for enhanced risk management in response to the quantitative and qualitative growth of alternative investments, as well as the expansion of active direct management of overseas equities.
Applications can be submitted on the NPS website until May 28.
The entire recruitment process will be conducted in a blind manner, meaning applicants will not disclose their names, educational backgrounds, age, gender, or family information. The process includes document screening, career verification, interviews, and announcement of final successful candidates, with appointments expected in August.
Applicants may not apply for more than one recruitment area, and if there are no suitable candidates for a position, the NPS may choose not to hire for that role.
