Attract, Agency of FiftyFifty, Secures Equity Investment from Yes24
Attract, the agency representing the group FiftyFifty, has secured an equity investment from Yes24.
On May 15, Attract announced that it had signed an equity investment agreement with Yes24 for approximately 5%, thereby strengthening their strategic partnership.
Previously, in 2023, Attract received investments in the form of convertible bonds (CB) from Hansae Co. and Yes24. The company expects that this equity investment will serve as a foundation for future growth strategies, including a potential initial public offering (IPO).
This investment is said to reflect FiftyFifty's achievements on the US Billboard charts, as well as their growth potential in the global market. FiftyFifty has increased its domestic and international recognition by winning awards such as Rising Star and Discovery of the Year at various ceremonies. Their third mini-album, "Day & Night," released last month, recorded first-week sales approximately five times higher than their previous release.
