KNA Receives Highest Grade in Board of Audit and Inspection's Internal Audit Activity Assessment
The Korea National Arboretum and Garden Management Service (KNA) announced on the 15th that it received the highest rating, Grade A, in the "2025 Internal Audit Activity Assessment" conducted by the Board of Audit and Inspection.
The Internal Audit Activity Assessment is conducted by the Board of Audit and Inspection to comprehensively evaluate the internal control support and internal audit performance of 127 other public institutions nationwide.
In the assessment, KNA received high marks in areas such as the quality of audit reports, audit dispositions, and institutional improvements. According to the results announced on this day, KNA's rating improved by one grade compared to last year (Grade B).

Shim Sangtaek, President of KNA, stated, "As a result of monitoring through the newly established Internal Control Committee last year and promoting audit activities that resonate with our members, we received an improved Grade A compared to the previous year." He added, "KNA will continue to actively implement the Board of Audit and Inspection's internal control guidelines by strengthening preventive internal controls and enhancing internal audits to achieve our management objectives."
