Sharing Strategies to Maximize the Acquisition of National Funds and Project Proposal Funding
Uiseong County announced on May 15 that it held the "2026 Subsidy Funding Securing and Project Proposal Progress Meeting" to share response strategies for maximizing the acquisition of national funds and project proposal funding.
During this meeting, the county analyzed its record of securing national funds over the past five years and reviewed both the achievements and plans for national funding and project proposals for 2026. In particular, key step-by-step response strategies for maximizing the acquisition of national funds and project proposal funding were discussed.
The main projects to be intensively managed according to local needs include: the establishment of an Open-field Smart Agriculture Promotion District (KRW 13 billion); the expansion of the Public Livestock Manure Treatment Facility (KRW 9.4 billion); the Match Factory Cultural Regeneration Project (KRW 5 billion); and the improvement of the Bian Idu Natural Disaster Risk Area (KRW 5 billion).
Based on these projects, Uiseong County plans to actively seek out new projects that align with the policy directions of the central government.
Kim Jusu, the county governor, stated, "As the era of local competition intensifies, we will thoroughly analyze the central government's budget formulation process and establish systematic response measures to do our utmost to secure national funding for 2026."
