"Surprised Eyes, Open Mouth" Design... Expressing "Extraordinary" Benefits
Woori Card announced on May 15 that it has launched "CarduiJeongseok2," which offers a top-level 1.2% discount benefit among mass-market cards.
Since the card provides a 1.2% discount at all affiliated merchants, customers no longer need to search for cards that offer discounts by category.
Depending on quarterly spending performance, customers can receive up to an additional 15,000 won discount per quarter (up to 60,000 won per year).
The company also focused on product design to appeal to customer preferences.
The card features a simple design with two point colors?blue, which symbolizes Woori Card, and a modern, sophisticated purple?accented with lines.
Additionally, a Blue·Purpleman design, depicting a surprised facial expression with wide eyes and mouth, was added to express the excitement and extraordinary benefits of the product. Customers can choose from four different designs.
A Woori Card representative said, "This is the first product launched since CEO Jin Sungwon took office," adding, "To carry on the successful DNA of our flagship 'CarduiJeongseok,' we analyzed customer preferences and consumption trends to develop both the benefits and the design."
The annual fee is 22,000 won for both domestic-only and international cards.
