Busan Bank Opens Foreign Customer Branch at Gimhae Financial Center
Busan Bank announced on May 14 that it has established a branch specializing in foreign customers at the "Gimhae Financial Center" located in Buwon-dong, Gimhae, Gyeongnam, in order to improve financial accessibility and convenience for foreign customers in the region.
The newly established branch for foreign customers features a dedicated counter for foreign clients, a digital desk capable of interpretation and translation in seven languages, an AI (artificial intelligence) translation system supporting 17 languages, a tablet PC exclusively for foreign customers, and the deployment of foreign customer supporters.
The bank is currently running the "BNK Welcome Global Event" for new foreign customers until the end of this month. The first 1,000 foreign customers who meet all three conditions?opening a new "BNK Welcome Global Account," signing up for mobile banking, and issuing a new check card?during the event period will receive a coffee coupon.
