View original imageThis visit was organized to strengthen the on-site effectiveness of industrial accident prevention projects through a special lecture on the chairman's management philosophy, as well as to provide time for communication with employees in order to discuss challenges faced in the field and possible solutions for improvement.
During the special lecture, Chairman Kim shared his management philosophy for establishing the 'K-Industrial Safety and Health' system, emphasizing that "safety is the fastest path, and safety achieved together is even faster."
In the subsequent communication session with employees, he listened to their difficulties and engaged in open discussions on ways to strengthen the on-site effectiveness of industrial accident prevention projects.
Chairman Kim Hyunjung stated, "Through this on-site management, I was able to share a new direction with our employees and hear the vivid voices from the field," and urged, "I ask all executives and staff to do their utmost in their respective roles to establish the K-Industrial Safety and Health system that leads global industrial accident prevention."
