Busan IT Industry Promotion Agency Implements Comprehensive Risk Assessment for All Employees... Strengthens Safety Management System
The Busan IT Industry Promotion Agency (President Kim Taeyeol) has expanded the scope of risk assessment under the Occupational Safety and Health Act to include all employees and has officially begun strengthening its practical safety management system.
On May 7, regular risk assessment training aimed at preventing industrial accidents was conducted for all employees. This training was held as part of efforts to encourage the voluntary participation of office workers, who make up the majority of the organization, and to establish a company-wide safety culture.

This year, it has established a comprehensive implementation system that includes training, thereby building a safety management system in which all employees participate.
Additionally, the agency has taken measures to enhance effectiveness, such as establishing safety and health guidelines for subcontracted and outsourced workers and conducting industrial accident response drills. Moving forward, it plans to further strengthen its disaster prevention capabilities through safety consulting and workspace improvements in response to the Serious Accidents Punishment Act.
President Kim Taeyeol stated, "This measure is significant in that our agency is building a self-regulated, prevention-based system," and added, "We will continue to take the lead in spreading a safety culture in which all employees participate."
