OB Brewery Releases Limited Edition 'OB Lager' Restoring 1960s Design
Available at Major Supermarkets Starting in May
On May 7, OB Brewery announced that it will release a limited edition retro product featuring the 1960s 'OB Beer' design.
This limited edition product restores the original design of OB Lager, highlighting the authenticity and emotional appeal of the 'OB Beer' brand. It is based on the early 1960s packaging design produced after the company changed its name to 'Oriental Brewery' in 1948. The product recreates early design elements such as the logo in a modern way, visually capturing the brand's long history and value. The alcohol content is 4.6%, and it will be available as a 330ml can in limited quantities at major supermarkets nationwide starting in May.
Last year, OB Brewery also released 'OB Lager Limited Edition', which reproduced the 1980s OB brand design and gained significant popularity. At that time, the initial batch of 160,000 units sold out within five days.
