Chosun University and Weifang Engineering Vocational College Sign Student Exchange MOU

View original imageChosun University announced on May 2 that it has signed a comprehensive agreement with Weifang Engineering Vocational College in China to strengthen cooperation in education and research, as well as a memorandum of understanding to promote a student exchange program.
The signing ceremony was held on April 28 at the Cheongchuleorum Hall in the main building of Chosun University. Key attendees included Chunseong Kim, President of Chosun University; Hyunwoo Kim, Director of External Cooperation; Lu Yaoliang, Party Secretary of the Municipal Committee of Weifang Engineering Vocational College; and Liu Baojun, Party Branch Secretary of Fenghuang College of Arts.
Through these agreements, the two universities plan to implement undergraduate and graduate student exchange programs, conduct joint research and academic seminars, develop joint educational programs, and pursue other collaborative activities as mutually agreed. In particular, both sides agreed to exchange students annually through the student exchange program.
Chosun University expects that this agreement will provide students with practical educational experiences in China and lay the foundation for them to grow into globally competitive talents.
Chunseong Kim, President of Chosun University, stated, "This agreement will serve as a catalyst to further accelerate the internationalization of Chosun University," and added, "Both universities will work closely together to nurture future-oriented global talents and achieve innovative results together."
Lu Yaoliang, Party Secretary of the Municipal Committee, said, "We expect this agreement to promote active exchanges between professors and students of both countries' departments."
