Kim Kyungsoo, Chief Campaign Manager of Lee Jaemyung's Election Countermeasures Committee, strongly condemned the Supreme Court's decision on May 1 to remand Lee's case involving violations of the Public Official Election Act. He stated, "The Supreme Court's excessive political intervention has thrown the nation into chaos and undermined the public's trust."

Kim emphasized, "Judicial stability comes from the trust of the people," and added, "Just as the people restored democracy that was undermined by politics, the trust in the judiciary, which the Supreme Court has damaged, will also be restored by the hands of the people."
