The Jungnang District Children's Policy Participation Group is an organization where children directly present their opinions on related policies and monitor their rights. It was first launched last year to realize children's right to participate, and this year marks its second term.
The group consists of 33 elementary school students from grades 3 to 6, who were selected through a recruitment process in March, and 11 university student supporters. Beginning with the inauguration ceremony and children's rights education held on the 22nd of last month, the group will propose child-related policies, review projects, and conduct campaigns on the theme of "safety in daily life" until October.
