Military Court Selects Former President Yoon as Witness in 'Martial Law Generals Trial'
Former Defense Minister Kim Yonghyun Also Selected as Witness
The military court has selected former President Yoon Sukyeol as a witness in the trial of military generals involved in the 12·3 Martial Law Incident.
On April 30, the Central Regional Military Court announced during the trial of former Defense Security Command chief Yeo Inhyeong, former Capital Defense Command chief Lee Jinwoo, and former Military Intelligence Command chief Moon Sangho that it would approve the request by former Commander Yeo to call former President Yoon Sukyeol as a witness.
