Volunteer Activity Held for Young Family Caregivers
Woowa Brothers, the operator of Baedal Minjok, announced that on April 29, it held the 'Elegant Sweat Drops' activity at 'The Bigger House' in Lotte World Tower, Songpa-gu, Seoul, together with Amorepacific and Hope Friend G Foundation, for young people who are solely responsible for caring for sick family members while supporting their households.
This activity brought together about 40 employees from Woowa Brothers and Amorepacific, who assembled and delivered 'BomBomBom' kits for 200 young family caregivers identified through the Ministry of Health and Welfare and Hope Friend G Foundation.

View original imageThe 'BomBomBom' kit was created to encourage young family caregivers to take care of themselves and regain the space to dream about their futures. Under the slogan "Spring Returns, Caring for Myself, Dreaming of the Future," employees from both companies prepared encouragement cards with messages that had comforted and empowered them personally. Amorepacific provided gift sets of daily necessities, while Woowa Brothers contributed Baemin gift certificates and Baemin Stationery products as gifts.
This activity was planned in connection with the 'My Shopping Basket' campaign, which supported young family caregivers from April 7 to 19, lasting about two weeks. The campaign was carried out to create social value together with customers in the Baedal Minjok app, which has many young users, and was launched by the Ministry of Health and Welfare to identify and support young family caregivers. About 50,000 customers participated in the two-week campaign, and around 12,000 joined the KakaoTalk sharing event.
