Guro District (District Mayor Jang Inhong) will hold the "103rd Children's Day Comprehensive Event" at Gocheok Neighborhood Park on May 3.
This event has been organized in celebration of the upcoming Children's Day, with a variety of programs designed to create a local festival where the whole family can enjoy together.
The event will begin at 10:00 a.m. with pre-ceremony performances by the Gugudan Choir, a dance club, and the Parangsae Cheerleading Team. This will be followed by an awards ceremony for exemplary children, a reading of the Children's Rights Charter, a Taekwondo demonstration team performance, and a magic show as part of the commemorative program.
From 2:00 p.m., the festivities will continue with a bubble show, as well as family survival games such as Rambo, jump rope, and Jegichagi. There will also be a Family Golden Bell quiz and a K-POP Dance Kids contest, providing opportunities for the whole family to bond and have fun together.

These activities are expected to offer children enjoyable and memorable experiences.
Furthermore, a writing and drawing contest will be held in the park for local elementary school students from 11:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Applications can be submitted in advance or on-site.
The district plans to judge the entries based on imagination and creativity in line with the contest theme, with an awards ceremony scheduled for June.
Additionally, the district will take thorough safety measures in anticipation of large crowds on the day of the event by deploying safety management personnel, emergency medical staff, and ambulances to prevent accidents and respond to emergencies.
