Discussion on Organizational Culture Innovation Between Two Organizations
The Korea Technology Finance Corporation Youth Board announced on the 30th that it held a "Networking Day for Establishing a Collaboration System Between Youth Councils" with the Korea Marine Environment Management Corporation Youth Committee at its Busan headquarters.
During the event, the two organizations signed a memorandum of understanding for mutual exchange between their respective youth councils and also conducted various innovative networking programs.

View original imageThrough the memorandum of understanding, the two organizations agreed to share best practices in youth policy, cases of organizational culture improvement and business innovation, and know-how in operating youth communication channels. They will cooperate to innovate organizational culture based on communication and collaboration, and to create a vibrant organizational environment.
In the innovative networking program, the two organizations discussed the process of identifying meeting agenda items and ways to invigorate the operation of their councils. They also explored ways to strengthen the role of youth-led autonomous councils within public institutions.
Launched in 2022, the Youth Board of the Korea Technology Finance Corporation is a council composed of young professionals and serves as a promoter of organizational culture that discovers youth-driven innovative ideas and fosters intergenerational understanding.
