Grade 5 Public Officials Participate in Leadership Training
Jungnang District (District Chief Ryu Gyeonggi) conducted communication leadership training for Grade 5 public officials on April 29.
This training was organized to strengthen the communication skills and collaboration capabilities of Grade 5 public officials, who play important roles within the organization, and to foster a more flexible and healthy organizational culture.
The training was led by Dr. Lee Inwoo from Leadership Insight and focused on practical, case-based content that can be immediately applied in the field, including effective leadership communication methods, understanding and managing generational perception gaps and conflicts, and communication techniques through active listening and empathy.
