The National Health Insurance Service Busan-Ulsan-Gyeongnam Headquarters (Director: Cho Junhee) visited Sancheong County on April 23 and carried out volunteer activities, including "mobile medical services" and "laundry services."

Sancheong County was declared a special disaster area in March due to a wildfire. This volunteer effort was organized to provide practical support for residents' health recovery and stabilization of daily life.

The "Health Insurance Sky Bandage Volunteer Group" and medical staff from the National Health Insurance Service Ilsan Hospital (Director: Han Changhun) used the organization's mobile clinic bus to provide health checkups and tailored medical services to residents in the disaster area. Contaminated clothing and bedding were washed and dried in the organization's mobile laundry vehicle and then delivered to each household.

On this day, about 30 volunteers rolled up their sleeves to help. In addition to the family medicine and surgery consultations provided by Ilsan Hospital's medical staff, separate pharmacy and health booths were set up to offer pharmacist prescriptions tailored to the elderly and health management counseling through stress and InBody measurements.

Cho Junhee, the director of the headquarters, stated, "We will continue to provide ongoing support wherever it is needed for a swift return to daily life," and added, "As a public institution responsible for protecting the nation's health, we will fulfill our role in working together with the local community."
