Ongoing government investment in infrastructure has led to a steady increase in demand for skilled technical personnel in railway vehicle maintenance, signaling, and electrical fields. As a result, railway-related licenses have become essential requirements for employment at related public enterprises.
In particular, with recent increases in recruitment by public institutions in the railway sector and the strengthening of qualification-based evaluation criteria, this briefing, which provides practical, work-oriented information, is expected to be highly beneficial for prospective job seekers.
Lee Byungjin, President of Busan Transportation Corporation, stated, "This briefing will be an opportunity for those aiming for employment at public railway enterprises to identify the fastest and most effective entry strategies and concrete roadmaps." He added, "We will provide the best possible support and educational environment to help trainees achieve their dreams." He further encouraged, "Since this briefing is open to anyone considering a career in the railway sector, we hope for much interest and participation."
