PwC Named "Best Accounting Firm to Work For"
for 13 Consecutive Years by Vault
Samil PwC announced on April 21 that PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), the global accounting and consulting firm, has been named the "Best Accounting Firm to Work For" for the 13th consecutive year in the accounting firm rankings selected by Vault, a corporate ranking research company.
Vault annually releases rankings evaluating professional industries such as law firms, accounting, consulting, and finance. This year's rankings were based on a survey of approximately 10,000 accountants across the United States from December 2024 to February 2025, reflecting factors that accounting professionals consider important, including reputation, recruitment and compensation, benefits, diversity among members, work-life balance, and working environment.
PWC employees who participated in the Vault survey cited the company's main strengths as follows: opportunities to collaborate with global leading companies, including 89% of the Fortune 500; various opportunities and support for developing expertise; a range of internal programs to strengthen a culture of collaboration; and the adoption and utilization of innovative digital technologies such as generative artificial intelligence (AI). PwC also received top evaluations by ranking first in key business areas such as reputation within the industry, audit, tax, and forensics.
