View original imageSeoul Housing and Communities Corporation (SH Corporation) announced on the 13th that it will lease three parcels of land for office and commercial facilities in the Godeok Gangil Public Housing District in Gangdong-gu and the Songpa Creative Innovation District (former Seongdong Detention Center site) in Songpa-gu.
The supply targets are two commercial facility sites in the Godeok Gangil District Biz Valley and one office facility site in the Songpa Creative Innovation District. The commercial facility sites in the Godeok Gangil District are located within Godeok Biz Valley and have access to the metropolitan area transportation network including Olympic-daero, Seoul Ring Expressway, and Sejong-Pocheon Expressway.
The intended uses for the two commercial facility sites include Type 1 and 2 neighborhood living facilities, sales facilities, office facilities, and lodging facilities. The expected supply amounts are approximately KRW 62 billion for a net area of 4,662㎡ and approximately KRW 73.7 billion for a net area of 5,462㎡.
Bidding will be conducted through the electronic asset disposal system Onbid from 10 a.m. on the 12th of next month until 4 p.m. on the 14th, and the contract is scheduled to be finalized after the bid opening on the 15th of next month.

View original imageThe office facility site in the Songpa Creative Innovation District is part of the land developed from the former Seongdong Detention Center site and is located in a prime area near Ogeum Station in Songpa-gu.
The intended use of the supply site is office facilities (excluding officetels), with the recommended use for the first floor being general restaurants and cafes under Type 2 neighborhood living facilities. The net area is 4,682.6㎡, and the expected supply amount is approximately KRW 80.5 billion.

Bidding will be conducted through Onbid from 10 a.m. on the 13th of next month until 5 p.m. on the 15th. The contract will be finalized after the bid opening on the 16th of next month.
