The team is led by Chief Attorney Lee Gyucheol and consists of Attorney Kim Heedae, former Vice President of Hana Financial Group and Hana Securities, Attorney Jeon Jaegi (Head of the Construction and Real Estate Team), Attorney Moon Juhye, Attorney Lee Taeseon, and Advisor Boo Seong. Additionally, external experts such as former Hoban Construction President Choi Jongman, former Hyundai Development Company Executive Director Lee Hyunggi, and former BNK Asset Management CEO Lee Yunhak participate as advisory committee members.
Last March, Daeryuk Aju also advised on the 'University-Based Retiree Community' project with Dongmyung University and Chosun University as part of its senior business. This project is a complex care system that integrates various educational systems into the traditional senior residential complex function. Daeryuk Aju is currently negotiating additional projects with about 10 universities in the Seoul metropolitan area, including A University, D University, and K University.
