The National Museum of Korea announced on the 9th that actor Kang Hoon has been appointed as the 10th Public Relations Ambassador of the National Museum of Korea. Kang Hoon, who was appointed as the 9th Public Relations Ambassador in March 2023, will continue his activities as the 10th Public Relations Ambassador for two years until April 7, 2027.

In the National Museum of Korea's special exhibition "Tang Tang Pyeong Pyeong - The Power of Words and Pictures," he introduced the exhibition through a live broadcast together with the curator in charge. For the special exhibitions "Vienna 1900, Dreaming Artists" and "The Gaze of the Master, Toward People: Masterpieces from the National Gallery, London," he explained the exhibitions through audio guide recordings and also attended the opening ceremony of the "Vienna 1900_ Dreaming Artists" special exhibition.
At the appointment ceremony held on the 8th, Ambassador Kang Hoon said, "It is truly a great honor to continue my role as the Public Relations Ambassador of the National Museum of Korea, which represents the nation. As an ambassador promoting the National Museum of Korea, which introduces and preserves Korean history and culture, I will strive to widely share not only the value of the museum but also the beautiful culture of our country."
