Choi Ho-gwon, the mayor of Yeongdeungpo District, joined residents on the afternoon of April 8 for the flower path walking parade marking the start of the 'Yeouido Spring Flower Festival.'
The flower path walking parade featured 18 teams, including the ▲Children's Ballet Troupe ▲Disabled Sports Association ▲Korean-Mongolian School, who energized the festival's opening with a lively march among the spring blossoms.
