Bukwang Pharm Donates Pharmaceuticals Worth 200 Million KRW to Yeongnam Wildfire-Affected Areas

View original imageBukwang Pharmaceutical announced on the 8th that it donated pharmaceuticals worth 200 million KRW to help restore the wildfire damage and support disaster victims in the Yeongnam region, which was designated as a special disaster area.
First, Bukwang Pharmaceutical provided 1,365 emergency relief kits to the international relief and development NGO World Vision. The emergency relief kits included nine pharmaceutical items such as ▲Tasenol Cold Capsules ▲Tasenol Cold Syrup ▲Ibufrend Pro Soft Capsules.
Bukwang Pharmaceutical delivered five pharmaceutical items (500 units each) including ▲Coritusal S Nose Soft Capsules ▲Tanoz Care Nasal Spray ▲Tasenol Cold Capsules ▲Ibufrend Pro Soft Capsules ▲Tasenol Cold Syrup to the Gyeongsangbuk-do Pharmaceutical Association. Additionally, it donated health functional foods for blood sugar care, eye health, and lacto through the Community Chest of Korea.
A representative of Bukwang Pharmaceutical said, "We hope to be of some help for the disaster victims who suffered great damage from the unexpected wildfire to recover their daily lives as soon as possible," and added, "We express our deep condolences to the local residents who have lost their homes and are suffering due to this wildfire."

Meanwhile, Bukwang Pharmaceutical has continued its donation efforts not only for wildfire-affected areas this year but also to various other places. The recipients include ▲Paradise Welfare Foundation ▲Seoul National University Development Foundation, among others. Currently, additional donations are being prepared for two more organizations including the Korean Pharmaceutical Association.
