"Risk of Flight After Pre-Arrest Interrogation"
On the 6th, Yeom Hye-su, the duty judge at the Seoul Central District Court, issued an arrest warrant for a man in his 20s, Lee Mo, who damaged a police bus in anger over the dismissal decision of former President Yoon Seok-yeol. After conducting a pre-arrest interrogation of Lee, Judge Yeom approved the arrest warrant, stating there was "a risk of flight."
According to the police, Lee committed the crime around 11:28 a.m. on the 4th, immediately after the Constitutional Court ruled to dismiss former President Yoon. He broke the glass window of a police bus parked in front of Exit 5 of Anguk Station on Seoul Subway Line 3 with a baton. He was arrested at the scene by the police riot squad, and the baton was confiscated at the scene.
