"Inciting Against the Constitutional Court's Decision," Sharp Criticism
Park Beom-gye: "Yoon Seok-yeol's Message Could Be Grounds for Re-arrest as Ringleader of the Insurrection"
The Democratic Party of Korea strongly criticized the message sent by former President Yoon Seok-yeol to the 'National Defense Lawyers' who have supported him, stating on the 6th, "Is he planning to incite his extreme supporters to reject the Constitutional Court's impeachment decision?"
Hwang Jeong-a, spokesperson for the Democratic Party of Korea, said in a statement that day, "Yoon Seok-yeol, the ringleader of the insurrection, is once again scheming to incite far-right forces," and pointed out, "This is even more grotesque than his first statement after the impeachment ruling." Spokesperson Hwang strongly criticized former President Yoon for rejecting the Constitutional Court's impeachment decision and inciting far-right forces, calling it "a desecration of the constitutional spirit."
Spokesperson Hwang said, "Even though the Constitutional Court condemned the illegal martial law, Yoon Seok-yeol incites far-right forces without any intention to apologize," and added, "It can only be seen as defiance and mockery of the court's decision." She also expressed anger at "the shamelessness of the ringleader of the insurrection who plans to incite his extreme supporters ahead of the criminal trial to protect himself," and criticized, "Is he going to continue his reckless rampage regardless of whether the country is ruined for the safety of himself and Kim Geon-hee?"
