Pukyong National University to Hold Special Lecture on Military Service Career Planning with Military Manpower Administration

The National Pukyong National University Career Plus Center (Director: Kim Cheolsu) is hosting a special lecture titled "Military Career Planning with the Military Manpower Administration" for young people who have not yet completed their military service.
This special lecture, designed to help young people about to enlist serve in the military in fields related to their aptitudes, majors, or areas of interest, will be held on April 28 in the afternoon on the first floor of the Dongwon Jangbogogwan at Pukyong National University. Pukyong National University students or local youth who wish to participate can register online through the university website by April 18.
The Pukyong National University Career Plus Center, in collaboration with the Busan-Ulsan Regional Military Manpower Administration Military Career Planning Support Center, aims to provide young people who have not yet served with opportunities for job-related experiences and support them in early career planning through this special lecture.
The lecture will include an introduction to the Career Plus Center and customized employment services for current students, as well as an information session on the military service process and types, enlistment methods, and recruitment. There will also be a job preference test, one-on-one counseling, recommendations for military specialties, and career direction planning.

The Pukyong National University Career Plus Center expects that this program will help students and local youth who are about to enlist alleviate psychological and emotional anxiety caused by academic interruption or social disconnection, and support systematic job searching and career management after discharge.
