Mid-term Briefing Session for the 37th Yeoju Ceramic Festival Held
To Take Place at Silleuksa Tourist Site from May 1 to 11
Yeoju City, Gyeonggi Province (Mayor Lee Chung-woo) announced on the 3rd that it held the '37th Yeoju Ceramic Festival' mid-term briefing session at the Yeoju City Hall large conference room on the 2nd.

View original imageThis mid-term briefing session was conducted with a briefing on the progress of the festival led by the Yeoju Sejong Culture and Tourism Foundation, followed by a meeting of department heads and town and township chiefs from relevant departments of Yeoju City Hall to review the progress, discuss suggestions, and additional matters for smooth preparation.
The 37th Yeoju Ceramic Festival will be held for 11 days from May 1 to 11 at the Silleuksa Tourist Site, opening with the theme "Enjoy Spring, Jagiya Yeogang is Swaying," along with the proclamation of 2025 as the inaugural year of Yeoju tourism and the opening ceremony of the suspension bridge.
Yeoju City and the Yeoju Sejong Culture and Tourism Foundation are maintaining a solid cooperative system with active administrative support, including developing diverse content, improving tourist site infrastructure, promoting the festival through various media, and providing convenience for visitors to ensure a substantial festival operation. Above all, the safety of visitors to the festival site is prioritized, and as in the previous year, they plan to regularly check the progress to achieve zero safety accidents until the festival concludes.
