"Goodbye, Ottogi Hamheung Bibimmyun"... Last Sale Limited to 80,000 Units
Discontinued After Its 2017 Launch, but Re-released Last Year
Ottogi announced on the 3rd that it will conduct the final sale of Hamheung Bibimmyun, which was re-released last year.
Ottogi Hamheung Bibimmyun was first launched in 2017 and was discontinued after a limited sale through the crowdfunding platform Wadiz in 2022. Due to many consumer requests, it was re-released in June last year, and this year, a final sale is being conducted with a limited quantity of 80,000 units.
Ottogi Hamheung Bibimmyun is characterized by its seasoning based on red pepper powder, sesame oil, and mustard to recreate the taste of Hamheung Bibim Naengmyeon, along with toppings such as pickled radish, bok choy, and sliced boiled pork flakes to maximize the chewing texture. In particular, it uses the thinnest 1mm noodles among bibimmyun products on the market to replicate the unique texture of Hamheung Bibimmyun.
