Dongdaemun-gu (Mayor Lee Pil-hyung) signed a business agreement with Shinhan Bank, the operator of the public delivery app ‘Ttaenggyeoyo,’ on April 1 to issue gift certificates.
‘Ttaenggyeoyo’ offers various benefits such as a low 2% commission fee, a fast settlement system, and a 1.5% accumulation of usage amount, attracting attention as a ‘3-no (無) benefit’ system with no entry fees, monthly usage fees, or advertising costs, providing real benefits to both consumers and franchisees.
Based on this agreement, the district plans to issue the ‘Dongdaemun-gu Ttaenggyeoyo Gift Certificate’ on May 1 to stimulate the weakened local consumption and support small business owners. The gift certificate can be purchased up to 200,000 KRW per person per month through the Seoul Pay Plus (SeoulPay+) app, with a 15% discount benefit applied. It can be used within one year from the date of purchase on the ‘Ttaenggyeoyo’ app.
