In response, Sandong Nonghyup has been actively working to secure sales channels for price stabilization and industry development, and recently succeeded in signing an export contract with Taiwan by targeting a niche in the rapidly changing export market.
Exports to Taiwan are expected to reach about 10 to 50 tons annually, which is anticipated to contribute to increasing the stable agricultural income of Sansuyu farmers.
Kim Sunho, Governor, said, "We will spare no effort in providing various support, including logistics costs, to expand export volumes and secure stable sales channels in the future."
